I meet a number of Small Business Owners who tell me that they want to improve /grow their business. I invariably ask them “what’s stopping you”?
What becomes apparent is that many of them simply don’t know what to do. Some are frightened to move forward because they feel that they need to personally handle all key matters, and they struggle with the idea of letting go for fear of losing control.
In short, instead of being the catalyst for growth the Owner has in effect become the bottleneck ” the inhibitor of growth”.

Try to visualize your business at 2 x 3 times it present size (sales) and think about your Marketing, Operations, People and Finance etc. What would your organization look like under such a scenario, and what would you have to do differently from today?
When you have a clear picture of the above, I want you to compare it to todays situation. By making the comparison, you will inevitably identify the key changes that are required to bring about the business transformation. Capture these steps and create an action plan to deliver the change.
